February 19-21
Ashtanga Gathering in Kep
2027
A weekend of practice, connection, and nature
I warmly invite you to join me in Kep for a weekend of shared practice, meaningful connection, and time in nature.
Set between the sea and tropical gardens of Knai Bang Chatt, this gathering offers an opportunity to step away from daily routines and return to a simpler rhythm.
Together, we will practice, study, explore, and enjoy the beauty of Cambodia's coastline.
Ashtanga practice often unfolds quietly and individually. Some of us practice at home, others in a shala, and many rarely have the opportunity to connect with fellow practitioners outside of class. This gathering is an invitation to bring together Ashtanga practitioners from across Cambodia, share experiences, and strengthen our growing community.
While rooted in the Ashtanga tradition, the gathering is also open to anyone curious about the method and interested in exploring its practice and philosophy in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether you have been practicing Ashtanga for many years or are just beginning to explore the method, you are warmly welcome.
Throughout the weekend, we will create space to reconnect with ourselves, with one another, and with the natural world that supports and nourishes us.
